INITIAL IDEAS
After choosing our song "triangle walks" by Fever Ray, we looked at the lyrics to inspire our ideas to start flowing.
The mood and sound of the music is strange and dream-like on it's own but considering the accompanying words and the Swedish voice there is an over-all feeling of a curious world, perhaps inside someone's mind. Nothing is generic or clear about the song which i think is great because we have so much room for interpretation and imagination when it comes to our ideas.
The lyrics appear to talk about an intruder who "stands outside our window" so we want to use this to portray our main singer as a weird yet beautiful woman with these bizarre thoughts. the song also mentions "magpies" who "laugh behind my back" so considering the absurdness of the song we want to have her talking to people dressed as animals, the viewer wont know wether this is imagination or reality.
